From the Shotgun Twins Stack lineup, Yellow goes on a dart and go, Red does a dig, Blue runs a slant up the middle, and Orange goes in motion toward the sideline and runs a dig.  Green rolls out to the side of the motion then stops and passes quickly to Blue.  The secondary receiver is Yellow running a go up the middle and the checkdown is Red on the opposite side crossing route.
