#1 hands ball off to # 2 then fakes handoff to #3, and rolls out to the strong side pretending to still have the ball. #2 takes the handoff from #1 and then cuts up field trying to get up the sideline. #3 needs to sell the fake and act like he has the ball while running up field. #4 needs to run a flag pattern dragging defenders away from play. #5 needs to run a curl pattern, curling back to the strong side distracting the defender away from the play.
